PACKAGING
We are aware of the fact that chess equipment is very valuable, fragile and sometimes very heavy stuff (like wood chessboards). We are doing our best to deliver orders to our customers in a perfect condition. That is why we use our own (Sunrise) packaging for single products as well as our master boxes for safe shipping.
Some products like sets of chess pieces are packed in polybag. Others are generally packed in cardboard boxes.
We want all package boxes and master boxes to be nice but they also should assure safe deliveries, free of any damages in transit. That is why we use our own packaging.
Sunrise packaging for single products: our wooden chess sets, wooden boxes for chess pieces and other chess products go mainly in white plain boxes. We do custom packaging on our products as well. They can be printed in black or in full colour according to the customer’s design.
The cardboard boxes fit perfect the wooden chessboards, sets or boxes for chess pieces storage and they match with each size available accordingly.
Sunrise master boxes for shipping: we do our best to avoid damages of our products when shipped. That is why we use our own master boxes which match with each our product group and the way of shipping. The following mailing or master boxes for shipping are available:
Mailing box for a single product like a chessboard, chess set or wooden box.
Master box set for one chessboard of size No 4, 5 or 6 which consists of a mailing box and 4 foam corners.
Master box for chess sets and our chess stuff available in 2 sizes L and XL.
Master box for max 7 chessboards of each size suitable for package shipments. The corners of all boards in the box are additionally protected by 2 types of insterts: foam corners of polyurethane and rigid corners of hard cardboard.
Master box for max 10 or 12 chessboards (depending on the unit packaging) of each size suitable for palletised shipments.
Half-pallet master boxes for mixed chess stuff suitable for palletised shipments.
