How to start cooperation in DROPSHIPPING model
1. Register on our website polishchess.com/rejestracja.html, providing all the necessary information (company details, website address, etc.)
2. If you are running an online shop you can make an integration with our store.
3. Use our professional photo database, use product descriptions or modify them according to your wish. You will receive our consent to use them as long as our cooperation lasts.
4. You do not have to sign any cooperation agreement with us, all issues are appointed on this page.
Payment procedures
1. Payment should be made each time the order is placed (PayU, PayPal) excluding cash on delivery. We issue an invoice for orders every time purchase is made and send them via email.
2. Your duty is to provide us or directly to the customer a receipt, a copy of receipt or other proof of purchase, optionally other materials, e.g. a return form, leaflets etc. Documents can also be sent to us in electronic form, they are then printed and added to the package.
3. We do not include any of our marketing materials to the packages we send to end customers. However, we can do it at your request if you provide us with materials identifying your company / shop.
How to place an order in dropshipping model
1. Log in and add the product to cart.
2. Provide the customer's address as the delivery address, your data should be included in the invoice data field.
3. Each order we receive is shipped the following day (depending on the time of receipt of the particular order), so make sure that your customer has paid for the order.
4. Choose a payment method and proceed to checkout.
5. In case of bank transfer, we dispatch the order only after getting a confirmation from our bank that payment has been made correctly and reached our account.
Exchange/Return of goods
Exchange of goods - the goods ordered by your customer are returned to you, but if it has a production defect which did not arise as a result of using the product, you can send the chess back to us and we will send you new product. In accordance with the store's regulations, we do not accept returns and exchanges of undamaged, full-value goods purchased by dropshipping customers.
Who is invited to cooperation?
The cooperation in the dropshipping model is addressed to companies supplying online stores, online stores owners etc.
We do not impose a minimum margin on the goods sold, we can suggest our retail prices as reference. Please act according to common sense and market rules.
You must monitor the stock of products and update them on a daily basis in your shop. We will do our best to ensure that the offer presented on the website www.polishchess.com is up-to-date, however, it cannot exclude the possible lack of product purchased by the store in exceptional circumstances.
If the cooperation ends, the possibility of using photos of goods, descriptions and other content, which are the property of SUNRISE Michał Rywacki, also ceases.
