Online play
Play online against opponents from all over the world using the Smart Board as an input device, for example on Playchess.com. Your opponents moves (human or motor) are shown on the display of the DGT3000 chess clock connected to the board.
Recording chess games
Use the Smart Board to record your games for later download and analysis.

Smart Board works with the most powerful chess software and chess programs available for desktop or laptop computers. Order a DGT Pi, chess computer to turn the Smart Board into your strongest sparring partner. Automatically store games played for publication or analysis.
Tournament Configuration
DGT Smart Boards are fully compatible for use with DGT wooden boards in a tournament configuration.
Live Broadcasts over the Internet
Use the new, free LiveChess software that includes a free cloud service to broadcast your games and tournaments live via your website.
To use the Smart Board in a tournament configuration, you will need to order a set of cables for the first board and in addition the appropriate number of cables for the next 11 boards.
The Smart Board chess board is compatible with all DGT electronic figure sets, both wooden and plastic. The board size is 52 x 52 cm and the field size is 55 x 55 mm.
